Instructions for use：

- In order to prevent particles and debris from entering the sensor, a filter must be installed at the

  sensor inlet.

- The micro flow sensor should be installed indoor or inside the equipment. Do not expose it to

  outdoor environment or humid and high temperature for a long time.

- Micro flow sensors should be installed away from vibration and shaking environments and

  applications to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy of the sensor.

- When a magnetic material or a material which generates a magnetic force to the sensor close to the sensor, characteristics will be changed.
